I dispatch orders from the UK via Royal Mail.

Returns

I accept returns within 30 days of delivery if using a tracked service. Otherwise the returns window is 30 days after dispatch. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Buyer will also be responsible for return postage costs.

To return an item, please email hello@miauzilla.com to authorise a return. I will send you a return address.

I strongly reccomend using a tracked service to return your items.
